• Custom Shading: We offer UV-stabilized mono x mono woven shade nets customized to provide between 30% and 75% shading, depending on exact botanical requirements.
• Robust Framework: Supported by a framework of 60mm OD GI main columns and 42mm OD purlins anchored securely in cement concrete blocks.
• Bio-Security: Every structure features a mandatory 4m x 3m anti-room equipped with a double-door system and covered in a 40-mesh insect-proof net, acting as a crucial checkpoint against pest ingress.

• Structural Integrity: We construct utilizing Hot-Dip Galvanized Iron (GI) tubular pipes featuring a minimum zinc coating of 300 GSM to guarantee absolute corrosion resistance.
• Wind Resistance: Engineered to withstand minimum wind velocities of 130 km/hr, with configurations available for high-wind zones demanding resistance up to 150 km/hr.
  
• Design Specifications: Utilizing an 8m x 4m structural grid, our designs feature a ridge height of 6.0m to 6.5m and a gutter height of 4.0m to 4.5m, ensuring optimal volumetric air displacement for natural ventilation.
• Cladding: We utilize premium 200-micron, 5-layer co-extruded UV-stabilized polyethylene films with anti-drip and anti-dust properties.
• Construction Standards: To maintain the integrity of the galvanization, structural members are assembled purely using plated nuts, bolts, and brackets, strictly avoiding welding on the super structure.
